Zimek Technologies, LLC (“ZIMEK”) and Zimek Technologies IP, LLC (“ZIMEK IP”) are independent Florida limited liability companies that are exclusively managed by Zimek Technologies Management Company, a Florida corporation. Except as otherwise set forth blow, all intellectual properties which are related in any way to ZIMEK’s Micro-Mist™ Technology are exclusively owned by ZIMEK IP, including, without limitation, all patents pending, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, technological developments, proprietary rights, and Micro-Mist™ Generator specifications and design rights. ZIMEK is licensed to manufacture, promote, market, and sell the patent pending ZIMEK Micro-Mist™ Generators and ZIMEK’s EPA-registered disinfectants pursuant to an exclusive licensing agreement with ZIMEK IP.
