Zimek Technologies, LLC ("Zimek") and Zimek Technologies IP, LLC ("Zimek IP") are independent Florida limited liability companies that are exclusively managed by Zimek Technologies Management Company, a Florida corporation. All intellectual properties which are related in any way to Zimek's Micro-Mist™ Decontamination technology are exclusively owned by Zimek IP, including, without limitation, all patents, patents pending, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, technological developments, proprietary rights, and Micro-Mist™ Generators specifications and design rights. Zimek is licensed to manufacture, promote, market, and sell the patent pending Zimek Micro-Mist™ Generators and Zimek's EPA-registered disinfectants pursuant to an exclusive licensing agreement with Zimek.
